Companies with the seal search in blind mode: name, photo, free-text fields and dates that could reveal gender, age or origin are hidden. Only qualifications are evaluated. In return, the monthly fee drops by 50%, and candidates see the seal on every request.
What information does blind mode hide?
Name, profile photo, free-text descriptions, personality type, and dates in the resume (instead, the duration is shown, e.g. "approx. 5 years"). Professional field, skills, qualification, years of experience, region and availability remain visible.
When does the company see the name?
Only once the professional reveals it themselves in conversation – for example, before an interview. Until then, only qualifications decide.
How do professionals recognize a seal company?
By the seal on every request, in chat and in the company profile. Professionals can even set their contact rules to receive requests only from seal companies.
How does a company become a seal holder?
