1. An anonymous profile instead of a resume
On Jonder, companies only see your professional field, experience, skills, region and salary expectations. Instead of your name, they see something like "Site manager · 8 years of experience · Rhine-Main area". Your current employer never appears.
2. Block your own employer
In your contact rules, you can add companies to a block list. For blocked companies, you're invisible in search – they don't even learn that your profile exists.
3. Reveal your name only when it fits
Only once a request has convinced you do you reveal your name and resume in chat. Until then, you communicate anonymously – even scheduling proposals are possible without naming yourself.
4. Pause when it gets to be too much
With one click, you can pause your profile or limit the number of new requests per week. You set the pace.
